I was so happy to find Cheateaux Serenity for my mom. From the moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and inviting. They strive to give your loved one the kind of care and attention they need. They treated my mom like one of their own family which was very comforting to see. If you are in a position of looking for care for your loved one, be sure to visit Chateaux. It will not disappoint.

The owner, Veronique, and office manager, Charlie, came for a visit while my mother was temporarily "rehabilitating" at a facility in Conroe. It was evident from their first meeting that Angels on Earth had visited and taken my mother under their protective wings. Chateaux not only offered qualified 24/7 care, but their home was fit for a king or queen with lavish furnishings, delicious homecooked meals, engaging activities, and a very loving, supportive and respectful environment in which to heal, live, and even pass away with great care and dignity. . . .

Our mom has been living at Chateaux Serenity for several months now. She is safe and happy surrounded by a lovely group of residents and a sweet caring staff. The facilities are great and the home style environment is comfortable for mom and us when we visit. If there are any issues, the staff informs me right away so we can work out what to do. The facility is a residential home environment - very clean and nicely furnished with amazing meals served to the residents. My mother is prone to complaining about things when she isn't happy, but she loves the people, the food and the facility. No complaints here. The caring staff treats all of the residents with compassion you don't find often. We found my mom's forever home!

My Mom moved into Chateaux Serenity in February, 2025. The home is beautiful and everything is new, clean and comfortable for all of the residents. The backyard is wonderful as is the welcoming front porch where my Mom loves to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. For my Mom‘s birthday, Miss V had the sweetest party with appetizers, grilled food, sides and desserts, along with bringing in an entertainer who played piano and guitar for everyone. I can’t say enough about the love and care my Mom receives from Miss V and the whole staff. Mom and all the residents are treated like family. Thank you, Miss V, for having the kindest heart with all of them. We could not have found a better place for Mom!

My mother spent her last three weeks at Chateaux Serenity and I am so grateful. She received excellent care in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend the facility.
